ILIKA Organic Jaggery Powder is made from fresh sugarcane juice using traditional methods. Jaggery is a traditional non-centrifugal cane sugar widely consumed in India as a natural and healthy sweetener.

The quality of jaggery is often judged by its colour. Dark brown jaggery indicates that it has not been chemically clarified during processing. Instead, the sugarcane juice is boiled in its natural form, allowing essential nutrients and minerals to remain intact.

This Organic Jaggery Powder is prepared by boiling fresh sugarcane juice at nearly 200°C in large cast iron pans, resulting in a pure, unrefined and chemical-free sweetener.

ILIKA Organic Jaggery Powder is available in pure organic form, free from sulphur, preservatives and artificial additives.
