Indian cuisine has shaped the history of international relations, the spice trade between India and Europe was the primary catalyst for Europe’s Age of Discovery. Spices were bought from India and traded around Europe and Asia. Indian cuisine has influenced other cuisines across the world.

Butter Paneer Recipe.

Here’s a recipe for preparing Butter Paneer Masala using Ilika Paneer Masala, a popular Indian dish that combines paneer with a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy, flavored with Ilika Paneer Masala spice mix.

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the paneer cubes with Ilika Paneer Masala spice mix, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil. Mix gently and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and shallow fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer cubes from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add another 1 tablespoon of butter add bay leaf, Saute for a minute until fragrant.

Butter Chicken Recipe.

Here’s a delicious recipe for Butter Chicken using Ilika Chicken Masala. a popular Indian dish that combines paneer with a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy, flavored with Ilika Chicken Masala spice mix.

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, Ilika Chicken Masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for best results. In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
