Purpose and Scope:

Purpose of this policy is to run the company smoothly & to grow company performance in the means of quality & continuous improvement by innovating technically & by technology.

To achieve this healthy working environment to be given to all sections of staff, employees, suppliers, vendors & contractors.

This policy establish & came into effect from June 2018 by Dinetic Organic Pvt Ltd. The aim of policy is to maximise opportunities in all sections of Dinetic Organic Pvt Ltd activities and to minimise adversity.

The policy applies to all activities and processes associated with the normal operation of organisation.

It is the responsibility of all Board members, staff, employees to identify, analyse, evaluate, respond, monitor and communicate risks associated with any activity, function or process within their relevant scope of responsibility and authority.

Quality Policy:

Everyone is responsible for the quality within the company and for maintaining high standards.

  • Providing customers authentic with best quality products in best packing at affordable cost to meet their daily requirements.
  • Operating the business to the systems required by ISO 22,000:2018.
  • Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare worker, staff to perform their work more effectively.

  • Promoting the culture of continual quality improvements and the philosophy of getting things “right first time”.

  • Rigorously controlling the procurement, inspection, process, packing, dispatch, logistics of all products to whole seller, distributors, global customers & buyers.

  • Promoting the quality management systems and ensuring implementation is achieved by internal auditing, management review, corrective and preventive action.

Packing

Packing Policy:

It is important to mention our packing policy here because product quality & shelf life depends on packing given by manufacture to customers (buyer).

Packing comes in two categories.

  •  Domestic packing           
  •  International packing.

Domestic Packing

Product Packing:

        All our products will be packed as per Indian government rules & regulations. Packing will comes in above 51 micron LDPE/HDPE pouches / shrink wrapped with silica gel pouch (Only for Areca/ palm leaf products) with proper labelling like product name, ingredients, nutrient value, batch no, manufacturing date, shelf life or best before, bar code / QR code, company name, address & customer care no.

Master Packing (Carton):

         Our all products will be packed in 5 ply corrugated cartons & maximum weight per carton will not exceed then 20 kg depending on product & its size. All cartons will be labelled from outside as per norms & terms. All cartons will be stretch film wrapped from outside.

International Packing (Export)

Product Packing:

     All our products will be packed as per rules & regulations. Packing will comes in above 90 micron LDPE/HDPE pouches / shrink wrapped with silica gel pouch (Only for Areca/ palm leaf products) with proper labelling like product name, ingredients, nutrient value, batch no, manufacturing date, shelf life or best before, bar code / QR code, exporter & importer name, address.

Master Packing (Carton):

       Our all products will be packed in 5 ply corrugated cartons outer 140/150 brown kraft paper & maximum weight per carton will not exceed then 20 kg depending on product & its size. All cartons will be labelled from outside as per norms & terms. All cartons will be stretch film wrapped from outside.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms :

Payment terms are typically associated with invoice payments. They are an agreement that sets your expectations for payment, including when the client needs to pay you and the penalties for missing a payment.

Payment terms comes in two categories 

  • Domestic Customer 
  • International Customer.

Domestic Customers:

      Domestic customers are our whole seller, distributor, stockiest for them all products will be supplied on basis of pre-order & pre-payment. Depending upon the frequency / quantity of purchase payment terms can be changed, But all the rights for same will be of Dinetic organic pvt ltd. On E-commerce all payment will be 100 % pre-payment. The above said terms will be applicable to B2B & B2C also.

International Customer (Export):

       To be discussed with buyer depending upon market.
