These two spices come from different plants so have unique nutritional values and appearance. Coriander has a slightly sweet flavor. The flavor of cumin is more bitter. Cumin is much warmer and darker in flavor and coriander has a lighter, brighter flavor. It is an essential ingredient of many curries and gravies as it has a mild aroma that kindles the appetite. We procure whole Cumin & Coriander from various region of India. Raw cumin & coriander goes under visual inspection after which it is been machine cleaned, processed & roasted in controlled specific temperature. Grounded on traditional pounding machine. No MSG added. No preservatives or artificial color are added. No artificial essence added to increase aroma. Shelf life is 12 months from date of packing.
